Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
What if I entered wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
What types of Payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, and credit or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB and Discover Network). All orders are processed in US dollars.
Which currency is displayed on the website?
We show prices in your local currency for convenience, but all orderes are processed in USD. Your bank may convert the price from USD to your local currency at it's own rate.

Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet.
If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
Simply contact us or write to us at email@example.com within 7 days from the day you receive it, and we'll send you a free replacement.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date the package is delivered to your address. We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 60 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases. We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.
