What if I entered wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
What are the payment methods available?
Payment methods that can be used are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
As for now Cash on Delivery facility is not available.
Which currency is displayed on the website?
We show prices in your local currency, but charge in USD. Your bank may convert the price from USD to your local currency at it's own rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide.
How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping costs for US and International are $5.95.
We pay your shipping if the amount of order $35 USD or above!

Can I edit my order or my details?
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet.
If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.

What if I receive a product that is damaged?
We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged. If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please contact us or write to us at email@example.com. Let us know the problem and don't forget to attach photo or video so we can spot the issue clearly.
We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
