Do make sure that your discount code is applied before your checkout. We are not responsible for any discount code not applied during checkout. The Viral Gadgets reserve the rights to not apply any discount codes.
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has been delivered, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 60 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
Please note, we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
Our policy lasts 60 days from the date of delivery. For all returns and exchanges, we need to be notified within 60 days of delivery. Once the period passes, unfortunately we cannot arrange you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead ask us for the return address. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
To avoid potential issues, we recommend using a tracking service when returning an item.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
Faulty or damaged items:
We require photos or videos demonstrating the problem (depends on the issue). It is to be sent us via email. If you can't prove the problem then you have to send it back for expert review.
If you send us a video-proof that is showing the problem with purchased product, we will be able to arrange a replacement or issue a refund for you immediately without requiring to send your product back and waiting until we receive it and check.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
** If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
** If you wish to cancel and be refunded in the midst of a delivery or shipment, you'll only be refunded for 50% of your selected item(s).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, click here to contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
